We are a manufacturer specializing in researching, developing and selling, mainly in LED/Laser products. Since company establishment, we committed to studying, developing, producing various beauty and physiotherapy products.

What kind of OEM/ODM service you offer?

We offer one-stop solutions for all light therapy products. We have ability and experience to develop a brand new model from 0 to 1. Normally clients will ask for different wavelength combination, control functions, size, shape, logo customization service.

What's the mini order of your company?

The mini order is 1 set/ pieces. We also accept samples testing order. Depending on how many details need to change, samples order normally will be higher cost than wholesale order. After client place wholesale order, we can also refund the sample order cost.

What’s the lead time for the samples or bulk order?

Depending on how many details need to change. If for standard samples, we have products in stocks and ready to ship right now. Normally 7-15 days for customized sample. Bulk order need around 20-25 days.

What about the delivery way?

We can offer the door to door services by air or sea or railway. And normal FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc. We can also do EXW, FOB if you have your own shipping agent in China.

What's the payment terms?

We can accept TT bank transfer, PayPal, Alibaba trade assurance, Western Union, Credit card, etc. Normally we accept 50% prepayment, then balance payment and shipping cost before shipment. Details can also be negotiated according to different orders.

What about your after-service?

For most of the products, we offer 1 year warranty. Some products main unit, we offer two years warranty. For most replacement accessories, we will also keep for at least 3-5 years, even we stop working with clients, to ensure their customers can still get the replacement accessories when they have problems with the products.

We have a professional technology supporting team for your timely services. We prepare the technical documents/pictures/videos for clients to check quickly, also clients can contact us by Telephone, Webcam, Facebook, Skype, Whatsapp, WeChat, etc.
